I began this company because once i became more health conscious and began paying closer attention to the ingredients in the foods i purchased. I soon realized that i couldn’t find any SEED OIL FREE frozen burgers, crispy chicken tenders, and sourdough pizzas to purchase for my freezer at home to have on hand when needed. This is when i began making my own for my family, then shared throughout my community until i realized the opportunity to begin this business and serve the entire Phoenix area! Our mission is to create delicious, SEED OIL FREE, nutritious meals made with local whole food ingredients sourced from local farmers markets that celebrate Arizona's culinary heritage through indulgent comfort food while promoting health and well-being.
We aim to concentrate the perfect form of each ingredient when at its peak echelon of flavor, then fold them together like a sommelier blends wine or a baker folds their dough. In this case, we blend flavors of garlic confit, caramelized onion, smoked green chiles, sautéed mushrooms, and Mesquite smoked meats to please our customers palates via an explosion of all senses together. Sweet, salty, sour, bitter, umami, and spicy!
